As a Financial Planner with Ascent Financial Group, I help clients create comprehensive, long-term strategies designed to grow and protect their wealth. I believe successful planning is a journey, not a one-time event, which is why I focus not just on designing strong financial strategies, but on building trusted relationships and providing ongoing guidance as life evolves.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Finance and my MBA with a concentration in Finance from Stetson University in Florida. While at Stetson, I served as a security analyst for the Roland George Investment Program (RGIP), one of the nation's top student-run investment funds, managing a $3.5 million endowment.
I’ve built a foundation of real-world experience through hands-on roles in banking and wealth management, including internships with Wells Fargo Advisors and Tandem Investments, and time as a sales assistant to a financial advisor. I joined Ascent Financial Group in alliance with Equitable Advisors to bring that experience to a broader group of clients, and recently earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, one of the most respected credentials in the profession, to further strengthen the quality of advice I provide. I also hold the Certified Retirement Education Specialist (CRES®) designation, which helps me offer more comprehensive guidance to clients with property-based assets or planning needs.
When I’m not working with clients, I stay actively involved in the community. I’m a member of a philanthropic organization in Ligonier and regularly volunteer for service projects. Previously, I was deeply engaged with my church, St. Matthias in Baltimore, where I helped lead a program supporting individuals in need with food and hygiene essentials.
Today, I live in South Greensburg with my wife, Maddie, our son, Jackson, and our two dogs, Tullie and Topaz.
